Our mission involved developing the five F&B outlets at Park Hyatt Los Cabos, aiming to create captivating and visionary concepts that would excite and inspire guests. Our ultimate goal was establishing the resort as the premier culinary destination in Los Cabos.
To achieve this, we meticulously outlined the potential offering matrix and guest experiences for all five F&B outlets, presenting thought-starters for each concept. An in-depth exploration of the target audience allowed us to shape our concept directions effectively.
During the concept development phase, we crafted a design brief encompassing the culinary and beverage direction, signature experiences, programming, OS&E (Operating Supplies and Equipment), uniforms, and operational recommendations. This comprehensive approach ensured a seamless integration of the concepts into the resort’s overall vision and strategy.
